Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may alternatively place an order by phoning us on our contact number.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Delivery is free on all orders over £350-00 (net of vat).

A delivery charge of £29.50 is payable on all orders under £350-00 (net of vat).

Standard delivery is Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm, There will be an extra charge for a Saturday delivery. Please contact the office by email or telephone to arrange a Saturday delivery.

Standard delivery is to the mainland uk only, Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man etc will result in an extra delivery charge.

All orders are delivered by an independent courier, and must be signed for upon receipt of delivery.

Please make sure that the condition of all items are checked prior to signing the couriers documentation. If you realise that an item is damaged after the courier has left and it has been signed for in good condition, Pearson Floorings Limited are not held liable.

Please Note Pearson Floorings cannot accept orders from Outside the UK.
Delivery Schedule All orders are subject to stock availability and an expected date of dispatch will be provided on your order confirmation. All orders are delivered on a 2-3 day standard delivery service. If there is a large delay in delivery (10-14 days) we will notify you immediately.

If your chosen product is out of stock we will contact you immediately to arrange a future delivery date.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All orders made from the UK are subject to 17.5% VAT.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are dealt with by our payment provider HSBC plc or Paypal Ltd. They are not held our web site at all.

Returns Policy Pearson Floorings Limited should be notified of any fault or damage to delivered goods within 48 hours of receipt.

Upon signing for goods please check that they are not damaged as any damage in transit is insured by the courier. If damaged please inform the courier who will register your complaint.

Pearson Floorings Limited accept returned goods within 7 days of receipt on whole orders only. We do not accept part orders that are surplus to your requirements.

All items are returned at the expense of the customer, It is the customers responsibility to return the items unopened and in the same condition and packaging as they arrived.

A restocking charge of 35% will be placed on returned goods.

Non stock items cannot be returned once an order has been placed.
